Pretty Sweet Air was originally designed as a powerful odor removal product for large commercial applications. Today, the product is available direct to consumers to eliminate any range of odors from their homes or vehicles. The product used patented technology to adsorb odor molecules – drawing them in and trapping them. Forever.

Our patented odor removal formula gives Pretty Sweet Air the ability to remove a broad spectrum of odors. While many products on the market work great for single types odors (like only working well in a car or only able to neutralize pet urine odor), few have broad spectrum applications. Because our formula works at the molecular level, Pretty Sweet Air is the ideal product for odor elimination and odor neutralization.

  • Can I find Pretty Sweet Air in the store?  

    Not at this time. The only place you can get Pretty Sweet Air is right here. But, we would love to be available at a store near you. If you’re crushing on the odor fighting power of Pretty Sweet Air, please ask your favorite store to carry our product!

  • Is it a liquid? Solid? Gel?  

    Pretty Sweet Air is a solid, gel type odor remover. If you accidentally tip the Pretty Sweet Air jar over or drop it, it will not leak out.

  • What is the difference between Pretty Sweet Air and an air freshener?  

    Pretty Sweet Air is not an air freshener, but it does freshen the air. Where air fresheners will fight an odor with perfumes and cover-up scents, Pretty Sweet Air works by attracting and trapping odor molecules. Where air fresheners are great at masking odors, none will go after the odor molecules themselves. Pretty Sweet Air does. This gives our customers peace of mind, knowing that the odor is treated the right way. No cover-ups. No masking. No temporary scents. Just air that’s pretty fresh!

  • Can I use Pretty Sweet Air with my HVAC filter?  

    Yes. You can place Pretty Sweet Air in front of the return filter of your HVAC system to help remove the odors from your entire house. But, you’ll need to order more than a 2 pack for that level of odor fighting power. Please contact us for bulk packaging options.

  • Does Pretty Sweet Air use any perfumes, fragrances, or smells?  

    Yes and no. The Pretty Sweet Air product has a slight Fresh Scent odor just so you know it’s there. The odor is not used as a masking agent, it’s a trace smell to help you better gauge when you need to order a new supply.

  • I need a larger size. Do you sell anything bigger?  

    Of course! Please contact us about wholesale inquiries in 1/2 pallet, pallet, or multiple pallet quantities.

  • I'm not 100% satisfied. Can I return it?  

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your Pretty Sweet Air purchase, please contact us by phone at 1-888-287-7410 or contact us online. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping, within 30 days of your original purchase with your receipt. If you purchased Pretty Sweet Air at another website, please contact the stores themselves regarding their refund policy.

  • Is Pretty Sweet Air safe around children or pets?  

    Absolutely. Pretty Sweet Air is safe to use and have around children or pets. Our propitiatory formula is non-toxic, non-irritant, all natural, and VOC free. However, if you have a concern, we always recommend you consult with your pediatrician or veterinarian for specific recommendations.

  • How large an area will 1 jar cover?  

    For normal odors, a single 1-pound jar will remove odors from a 400 to 600 square feet enclosed area. For more potent odors, we recommend doubling the application. If you have any questions or need specific guidance, we’d be happy to discuss your odor and determine the most effective treatment.

  • What happens if it gets wet?  

    Since Pretty Sweet Air is a solid, getting the product wet won’t dilute the odor absorbing formula. If you do happen to get it wet, just remove any excess moisture and let the product air dry.

  • Is Pretty Sweet Air toxic?  

    No. Our formula is non-toxic and non-irritant. However, if you have any questions about the toxicity, allergic interactions, or skin sensitivities, it’s always best to check with your physician. Though it is harmless, Pretty Sweet Air is not FDA certified, so please don’t use it on your skin or ingest it.

  • What makes Pretty Sweet Air better than other odor removers or air fresheners?  

    Pretty Sweet Air will be the best odor remover you’ve ever tried. We guarantee it.

    • Baking Soda: Comparing the odor fighting power of Pretty Sweet Air baking soda is no contest. While baking soda does remove some level of odors, Pretty Sweet Air is a commercial strength odor remover.
    • Air Fresheners: Covering up odors is pointless. All you’re doing is masking the odor, and as soon as the scent dissipates, you’ll need to reapply. Pretty Sweet Air attacks odors at their source.
    • Other Competing Products:  Pretty Sweet Air uses a commercial grade concentration of odor removing product. Through the years, we’ve developed the right concentration delivered in the most appropriate sizes to ensure the most effective odor removal.

  • Does the product also come in a spray or just a solid?  

    The Pretty Sweet Air formula is also available in a spray, however, the spray is not sold on our website. For available price and quantities, please contact us.

  • Does Pretty Sweet Air kill mold?  

    While we can’t claim that Pretty Sweet Air kills mold, we have done internal testing to show that the formula is effective at removing moisture, and therefore eliminating the buildup of mold and mildew.
